What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?Updated 10 months ago

If you receive a damaged shipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the package to assess the damage.
  2. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  3. To reach us quickly, visit gobrewing.com and click the chat icon at the bottom right corner. 
    1. Select "Track and Manage My Orders" and follow the steps to connect to your orders.
    2. Click the "Report Issue" button and choose the appropriate option. 
    3. Our team will get to work on a replacement.

We offer these options for resolving the issue:

  • A replacement order for the damaged items.
  • A credit for the equivalent amount on your next order.
  • A gift card or discount code for future purchases.

We want to be sure you get your beers. Once we receive your report and photos, we'll promptly process your replacement or credit. Look out for a confirmation email with the details.
