If you need to cancel your order, please do so promptly, as we can only process cancellations before the order is shipped– and our shipping team is FAST! Orders are typically sent out the same day the order is placed.
For the fastest way to cancel your order, click the Chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the screen, then choose the "Track and manage my orders" button and follow the appropriate prompts.

If you've caught us in time, we will cancel your order and issue a refund, which you should see reflected on your card 24 - 48 hours after cancellation.
