I received my order! What do I do if it's not correct?Updated a month ago

On the rare occasion an order mix-up occurs, we've got a quick and easy process to make things right, Here’s how:

  1. Head over to gobrewing.com and click the chat icon at the bottom left.
  2. Select "Track and manage my orders," then log in to access your orders.
  3. Find the order in question and hit "report issue" to tell us what went wrong.
  4. Pick the option that best suits your situation.

That's it. Our team will get right on it and follow up with an email if there are further questions.
